目的 :探讨胃癌组织中nm2 3 蛋白的表达与癌组织微血管密度与转移的关系。方法 :用免疫组织化学LSAB方法检测 85例胃癌癌组织微血管 (MVD)及nm2 3 蛋白的表达 ;在第Ⅷ因子相关抗原 (FⅧRAg)染色切片上检测其微血管密度。结果 :nm2 3 表达阳性淋巴结转移率明显低于nm2 3 表达阴性组 ,而且差异有显著性。nm2 3 表达阳性组与阴性组比较 ,nm2 3表达与MVD呈负相关。结论 :nm2 3 基因受抑制时 ,MVD增加 ,淋巴结转移率增高。因此时nm2 3 及MVD的检测 ,可作为预测胃癌转移及判断预后的可靠指标之一。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of nm23 in gastric cancer tissues and the microvessel density and metastasis in cancer tissues. Methods : Immunohistochemical LSAB method was used to detect the expression of microvessels (MVD) and nm23 in 85 cases of gastric cancer. The microvessel density was detected on VIII factor-associated antigen (FVIIIRAg) stained sections. Results: The lymph node metastasis rate of nm23 was significantly lower than that of nm23 negative group, and the difference was significant. There was a negative correlation between nm23 expression and MVD in the nm23 positive and negative groups. Conclusion: When the nm23 gene is inhibited, the MVD increases and the lymph node metastasis rate increases. Therefore, the detection of nm23 and MVD can be used as a reliable indicator to predict the metastasis of gastric cancer and predict its prognosis.
