《中华人民共和国教师法》从1994年1月1日起实施。这不仅是我国教育发展史上的一件大事,也是我国人民政治生活中的一件大事。百年大计,教育为本。振兴民族的希望在教育,振兴教育的希望在教师。《教师法》的诞生对进一步落实教育的战略地位,依法培养一支具有良好思想品德修养和业务素质的教师队伍,进一步深化教育改革,建立具有中国特色的社会主义教育体系,都有着重要的现实意义和深远的历史意义。应当说,《教师法》是关系到民族前途和国家命运的具有根本性的大法。当前的问题是,要大力宣传《教师法》,使其家喻户晓人人皆知,形成执法的强大群众基础。同时要强调政府的执法模范行为,依法为教师解决一些实际问题,以进一步调动广大教师的积极性,依法加强教师队伍的建设。我认为,以实际行动来宣传贯彻《教师法》,要抓住以下几点: The Law of the People’s Republic of China on Teachers came into force on January 1, 1994.
