1996年-1997年对郑州市水源水藻类污染状况进行了连续检测,采用高敏感度ELISA方法测定了微囊藻毒素含量。结果表明,郑州市水源水藻类的生长有明显的季节特征,2月及12月份,是藻类生长的两个高峰期,藻类总密度最高达到1068万个/L。1995年7月、1996年1月郑州水源厂调蓄池水微囊藻毒素含量均超过200ng/L。按照Carlson提出的富营养化指数TSI判定标准,结合总氮、总磷、COD及藻类密度等指标,认为郑州市水源水已呈现富营养化特征。建议对郑州市水源水藻类毒素的季节变化,浮游藻类的密度、组成及优势藻种的生长变化规律等做进一步的研究。
From 1996 to 1997, the pollution of water and algae in water of Zhengzhou City was continuously tested, and the content of microcystins was determined by high sensitivity ELISA. The results showed that the growth of aquatic algae in Zhengzhou had obvious seasonal characteristics. In February and December, it was the two peak periods of algae growth. The total algae density reached the highest 10.68 million / L. July 1995, January 1996 Zhengzhou water plant water storage microcystin content of more than 200ng / L. According to Carlson’s eutrophication index (TSI) criteria and the total nitrogen, total phosphorus, COD and algal density, it is considered that the water source of Zhengzhou has been characterized by eutrophication. It is suggested that the water quality of algae toxins in Zhengzhou should be further studied in the seasons, the density and composition of phytoplankton and the growth and variation of dominant algal species.
