目的探讨沟纹舌与念珠菌感染的关系。方法选择中国医科大学口腔医学院黏膜科2011年1—5月临床诊断为沟纹舌患者42例作为试验组;另收集40例年龄、性别与试验组相匹配的健康志愿者作为对照组。刮取受试者舌背黏膜表层组织进行涂片直接镜检,同时收集唾液进行念珠菌培养;并对沟纹舌患者治疗前后进行裂纹深度测量及疼痛评估。结果试验组念珠菌阳性率(78.6%)明显高于对照组(25.0%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=23.575,P<0.01)。裂纹深度≥3mm的沟纹舌患者念珠菌阳性率(87.0%)高于裂纹深度<3mm者(68.4%),但差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.165,P>0.05)。抗真菌治疗后沟纹舌患者的疼痛及裂纹深度部分减轻。结论沟纹舌易引起念珠菌定殖,念珠菌感染可导致沟纹舌的裂纹深度加深及疼痛加重。
Objective To investigate the relationship between grooved tongue and Candida infection. Methods Forty-two patients diagnosed as grooved tongue from January to May, 2011 in Department of Mucinal Medicine, China Medical University were selected as experimental group. Another 40 healthy volunteers were selected as control group. Scratch the tongue surface of the tongue mucosa surface tissue microscopy direct microscopy, while collecting saliva for Candida culture; and grooved tongue patients before and after treatment of crack depth measurement and assessment of pain. Results The positive rate of candida in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group (78.6%, 25.0%) (χ2 = 23.575, P <0.01). Candida positive rate (87.0%) was higher in cracked tongue with crack depth≥3mm than that in crack depth <3mm (68.4%), but the difference was not statistically significant (χ2 = 1.165, P> 0.05). Anti-fungal treatment of patients with groove tongue pain and the depth of the crack is partially alleviated. Conclusions The grooved tongue leads to the colonization of Candida. Candida infection can lead to the deepening of the crack in the grooved tongue and the aggravation of the pain.
