Pantothenic acid is an important nutrient in people’s food. Since the pantothenic acid in foods and tablets is easily destroyed by heat, calcium salts with good stability are commonly used in various enhanced products. This paper reports the analysis of calcium pantothenate in nutritional supplements by high performance liquid chromatography. This method is applicable to the analysis of a variety of vitamin tablets, calcium pantothenate and high-concentration calcium pantothenate fortified yeast samples. The concentration of calcium pantothenate in the range of 0.05-0.50mg / ml was linear with a correlation coefficient of 0.998. The multi-vitamin tablets, Fortified yeast, pre-mixed vitamins and raw materials recovery points
