DW28型单体液压支柱在工作过程中,由于冒顶或者过开采产生的冲击载荷引起支柱内腔压力瞬间增大,导致缸体胀缸或爆炸。运用机械振动理论知识建立冲击模型和主振动方程,通过LSDYNA软件完成缸体有限元模型的建立及仿真,利用后处理器LS-PREPOST查看相应的应力和塑性应变规律,验证冲击模型和有限元仿真分析的一致性。
