萃取色层-原子吸收法测定废水中痕量铅和镉

本文采用吸附树脂GDX-301为支持体,以双硫腙-MIBK混合为萃取剂的萃取色层柱分离富集废水中痕量铅、镉,以0.5N盐酸洗脱后进行原子吸收测定。测定精密度优於5%,回收率96—104%,测定下限:铅50ppb,镉5ppb。方法可用於铀矿冶外排废水、一般工业废水和生活饮用水中微量铅、镉的测定。 文章对色层柱的基本特性及其制备、再生、萃取色层分离的条件、共存元素的干扰、方法的准确度、精密度进行了研究,结果比较满意。 In this paper, the adsorbent resin GDX-301 as the support, with dithizone-MIBK mixed extractant extraction chromatography column separation and enrichment of trace amounts of lead and cadmium in wastewater, with 0.5N hydrochloric acid eluted after atomic absorption determination. The precision of determination is better than 5%, the recovery rate is 96-104%. The lower limit of determination is 50 ppb of lead and 5 ppb of cadmium. The method can be used for the determination of trace lead and cadmium in uranium mining and metallurgy effluent, general industrial wastewater and drinking water. The basic characteristics of chromatography column and its preparation, regeneration, the conditions of chromatographic separation, the interference of coexisting elements, the accuracy and precision of the method were studied. The results were satisfactory.
