为了促进发酵床废弃垫料的循环利用,研究不同菌渣发酵床养猪后的菌渣垫料对玉米种子发芽及酶活的影响。分别设置添加金针菇菌渣和杏鲍菇菌渣发酵床各2种,金针菇菌渣在发酵床中的添加比例分别为15%、45%,以常规发酵床(60%木屑和40%稻壳)为对照。杏鲍菇菌渣的添加比例为15%和45%。在发酵床饲养生猪后测定其垫料零倍、50倍、100倍稀释液对玉米种子发芽率、主根长度及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)酶活的影响。结果为这5种发酵床垫料零倍稀释液在第2天、第3天及第4天玉米种子的发芽率皆极显著高于100倍的稀释液(P<0.01),相同时间5种垫料同一稀释倍数的种子发芽率之间无显著差异。发芽第3天零倍稀释液的主根长度、SOD、POD、CAT极显著高于100倍稀释液(P<0.01)。结果表明这5种发酵床垫料皆可用于玉米种子发芽,适当的稀释垫料有助于种子发芽。
In order to promote the recycling of discarded litter in the fermentation bed, the effects of different types of bacteria and litter on the germination and enzyme activities of maize seeds were studied. Two kinds of fermentation broths were added, respectively. Strain of Flammulina velutipes in the fermentation bed was 15% and 45%, respectively. The conventional fermentation bed (60% sawdust and 40% rice husk) As a control. Pleurotus eryngii bacteria residue to add the proportion of 15% and 45%. After the pigs were fed on the fermentation bed, the seed germination rate, main root length and the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD), catalase (CAT) enzyme activity. The results showed that the germination rates of zero-fold dilutions of the five kinds of fermentation bed mats were significantly higher than that of the 100-fold dilutions (P <0.01) on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th days, and 5 kinds of the same time There was no significant difference between the seed germination rates of litter with the same dilution factor. The main root length, SOD, POD and CAT of zero-fold dilution on the 3rd day of germination were significantly higher than those of 100-fold dilution (P <0.01). The results showed that these five kinds of fermentation bed litter can be used for seed germination of corn, the appropriate dilution of litter helps seed germination.
