目的调查甘肃某矿区周围居民胃癌死亡率,为评价该矿区对周围居民健康状况的影响提供参考依据。方法采用回顾性调查方法,以甘肃某矿区为中心,30km半径范围内的8个乡镇常住人口作为调查组,以距该矿区90km的某乡镇居民作为对照组。调查该区域2004~2008年恶性肿瘤死亡病例,并计算恶性肿瘤死亡率、标化死亡率、构成比、位次。结果调查组恶性肿瘤死亡率95.51/10万,标化死亡率93.56/10万,位于前五位癌种分别为胃癌、食管癌、肺癌、肝癌、结肠癌;标化死亡率依次为29.52/10万,20.27/10万,16.66/10万,13.22/10万,2.28/10万。对照组恶性肿瘤死亡率106.88/10万,标化死亡率89.31/10万,位于前五位癌种分别为胃癌、食管癌、肺癌、肝癌、白血病;标化死亡率依次为41.06/10万,20.75/10万,9.64/10万,5.24/10万,6.93/10万。结论胃癌位居该矿区周围居民恶性肿瘤死因顺位的首位,该矿区周围居民胃癌死亡率与对照组比较未见明显差异(P>0.05)。
Objective To investigate the mortality of gastric cancer in residents around a mining area in Gansu and to provide a reference for evaluating the impact of the mining area on the health of surrounding residents. Methods A retrospective survey was conducted. Eight residents in a township of 30km within a radius of 30km were selected as the investigation group and a township resident of 90km away from the mine as a control group. The deaths of malignant tumors from 2004 to 2008 in this area were investigated, and the mortality rate, standardization mortality rate, constituent ratio and rank of malignant tumor were calculated. Results The mortality rate of malignant tumor in the surveyed group was 95.51 / 100000 with a standardized mortality rate of 93.56 / 100000. The top five cancer types were gastric cancer, esophageal cancer, lung cancer, liver cancer and colon cancer. The standardized mortality rate was 29.52 / 10 Million, 20.27 / 100,000, 16.66 / 100,000, 13.22 / 100,000, 2.28 / 100,000. In the control group, the mortality rate of malignant tumor was 106.88 / 100000, the standardization mortality rate was 89.31 / 100000, and the top five cancer types were gastric cancer, esophageal cancer, lung cancer, liver cancer and leukemia respectively. The standardized mortality rate was 41.06 / 20.75 / 100,000, 9.64 / 100,000, 5.24 / 100,000, 6.93 / 100,000. Conclusion Gastric cancer ranks first in the ranks of the cause of death of malignant tumors among residents around the mine. There is no significant difference in gastric cancer mortality among residents around the mine (P> 0.05).
