高效液相色谱(HPLC)技术以其高效率的分离和快速测定的特点在天然植物药的开发、代用、质量标准研究等许多方面得到优先的应用。日本在这方面也做了不少工作。了解和借鉴这些资料对我们开展植物药的研究无疑会有帮助。本文归纳了近些年来日本在这方面的一些应用情况,供参考。1.附子考察炮制前后各种生物碱的变化情况,以探索其炮制机理。主要分析条件:氰基柱,乙腈-0.01mol/L二丁胺磷酸盐(7:3)为流动相。254nm检测。结果证明炮制后的毒性很强的乌头喊、下乌头碱和中乌头碱含量降低,脂溶性生物碱含量增高。
High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) technology has been given priority in many aspects such as the development, replacement, and quality standards of natural plant drugs because of its high efficiency of separation and rapid determination. Japan has also done a lot of work in this area. Understanding and drawing on these data will undoubtedly help us to conduct research on botanicals. This article summarizes some of the applications of Japan in this area in recent years for reference. 1. Fuzi investigates the changes of various alkaloids before and after processing to explore its concoction mechanism. The main analytical conditions were: cyanocarbon column, acetonitrile-0.01mol/L dibutylamine phosphate (7:3) as the mobile phase. 254nm detection. The results showed that the Aconitum clams, the content of Aconitum and Aconitine which were highly toxic after concocting were reduced, and the content of fat-soluble alkaloids was increased.
