轮胎式液压挖掘机作为能够快速转场的挖掘设备,因在公路行驶,其制动系统的设计可靠性及安全性对挖掘机的安全操作至关重要。在徐工挖机轮胎式液压挖掘机的系列化设计过程中,总结出一套轮胎式液压挖掘机制动系统设计的理论经验。轮胎式液压挖掘机采用两桥设计,四个车轮。制动器为湿式油冷盘式制动,理论和结构设计完全符合GB/T 21152-2007标准要求。
As a digging machine capable of rapid turnaround, tire-type hydraulic excavators are of crucial importance in the safe operation of excavators due to the reliability and safety of the design of their braking systems running on roads. In the process of serialization design of XCMG wheel excavator, the theory and experience of designing a brake system for tire hydraulic excavator is summarized.
