为了了解水稻叶片厚度对SPAD(土壤、作物分析仪器开发)值与叶绿素含量相关性的影响,通过研制厚度补偿式叶绿素仪和测定不同生育时期各20株水稻的叶片厚度、SPAD值和叶绿素含量,并分析水稻叶片经过厚度补偿前后SPAD值与叶绿素含量的相关性。结果表明:水稻叶片SPAD值在厚度补偿前后均与叶绿素含量呈显著相关,厚度补偿后的SPAD值与叶绿素含量的相关系数及显著性均得到提高,经过厚度补偿可以一定程度的消除叶片厚度差异带来的影响,且更能准确反映水稻不同生育时期叶绿素含量的变化趋势。
In order to understand the effect of paddy leaf thickness on the correlation between SPAD (soil and crop analysis equipment) value and chlorophyll content, thickness compensation chlorophyll meter and leaf thickness, SPAD value and chlorophyll content of 20 rice plants at different growth stages were determined. The correlation between SPAD value and chlorophyll content in rice leaves before and after thickness compensation was analyzed. The results showed that the SPAD value of rice leaves was significantly correlated with chlorophyll content before and after thickness compensation. The correlation coefficient and significance of SPAD value and chlorophyll content were all improved after thickness compensation. After thickness compensation, the difference of leaf thickness could be eliminated And more accurately reflect the changing trend of chlorophyll content in different growth stages of rice.
