调节运动平面与其运动方向的准确平行,是科学研究和生产实践中经常遇到的问题。目前,测量夹角(平行度)的光学方法对于运动平面与其运动方向之间的夹角无法测量。本文用激光产生二束平行光分别作为物光和参考光制作全息图,然后用球而入射光与平面参考光照射下的全息图衍射出的平行光在空间形成干涉条纹。当发出球面波的点光源位置变化时,干涉条纹的分布会发生相应的变化。如果在运动平而上密着一个光学平面反射镜使点光源发出的光经反射镜后与全息图的衍射光
It is a common problem in scientific research and production practice to adjust the exact parallel between the plane of motion and its direction of motion. Currently, the optical method of measuring the included angle (parallelism) can not measure the angle between the plane of motion and its direction of motion. In this paper, two parallel beams of light are used as the object light and the reference light respectively to make the hologram, and then the interference fringes are formed in the space by the collimated light of the incident light of the ball and the hologram of the plane reference light. When the position of the point light source emitting the spherical wave changes, the distribution of interference fringes will change accordingly. If the movement is flat and close to an optical plane mirror so that the light from the point light source after the mirror and the diffraction of the hologram
