目的 :回顾性分析经手术证实的 2 9例外伤性视神经损伤的 CT表现 ,研究薄层 CT扫描对外伤性视神经损伤的诊断价值。方法 :CT扫描时采用层厚 2 mm,层间距 2 m m,对临床诊断为外伤性视神经损伤的 2 9例病人进行视神经和视神经管扫描。结果 :CT扫描发现视神经管骨折 15例 ,视神经周围血肿 3例 ,同侧蝶窦积血 11例 ,同侧筛窦积血 18例 ,视神经肿胀 8例。结论 :外伤性视神经损伤的 CT表现为视神经管骨折、骨折的间接征象和视神经损伤的本身征象。
OBJECTIVE: To retrospectively analyze the CT findings of 29 cases of traumatic optic neuropathy confirmed by surgery, and to study the diagnostic value of thin-section CT scan in traumatic optic nerve injury. Methods: The CT scan was performed with 2 mm layer thickness and 2 m layer spacing. The 29 patients with traumatic optic nerve injury were diagnosed as optic nerve and optic canal scan. Results: 15 cases of optic canal fracture, 3 cases of optic nerve hematoma, 11 cases of ipsilateral sphenoid hemorrhage, 18 cases of ipsilateral ethmoid sinus hemorrhage and 8 cases of optic nerve swelling. Conclusion: CT manifestations of traumatic optic nerve injury are optic nerve canal fracture, indirect signs of fracture and optic nerve injury itself.
