充分利用周边国家和地区的油气资源一直是我国“走出去”战略的重要内容。面临中亚地区的资源、区位优势和良好发展时机,应当在总结已有成绩的基础上,强化与中亚各国的油气合作,充分开发利用该地区丰富的油气资源,对于实现我国能源“西进”战略,加大“走出去”力度,建立可靠境外油气供应体系具有重要意义。
Making full use of oil and gas resources in neighboring countries and regions has always been an important part of our “going global” strategy. Faced with the resources, geographical advantages and good timing of development in Central Asia, we should, on the basis of summing up the existing achievements, intensify the oil and gas cooperation with Central Asian countries and fully develop and utilize the rich oil and gas resources in the region, “Strategy, increase” going out "efforts to establish a reliable offshore oil and gas supply system is of great significance.
