目的:了解朝阳区托幼机构消毒工作现状,为指导和管理托幼机构消毒工作,控制传染病发生和传播制定相应的工作方案提供依据。方法:采用描述性分析方法对朝阳区托幼机构消毒隔离工作调查资料进行分析。结果:161家托幼机构中,有64家未评级,主要为私营或民营,其次为一级一类共42家;96.9%的托幼机构日常采用开窗通风与紫外线灯照射相结合的方法进行空气消毒;物表消毒均采用含氯消毒剂进行日常擦拭,一日一消;多数幼儿园采用流动水加肥皂进行手清洗;餐具消毒88.2%采用消毒液浸泡与物理消毒相结合的方法;小毛巾消毒80.1%使用含氯或含溴消毒液浸泡、晾晒;检测结果空气沉降和餐饮具合格率分别为96.4%和95.6%,物体表面和手的合格率较低,但2006年检测合格率较2005年明显提高,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:日常定时开窗通风,结合每周紫外线灯照射1次,可保证室内空气清洁,有利于防止呼吸道疾病的传播;应采用正确的洗手和保存洗手用具的方式,以提高手卫生的合格率,减少因手污染造成疾病传播的可能性;对易造成传染病传播的用具可适当增加消毒频次;尽快出台托幼机构消毒效果监测与评价卫生标准,将托幼机构消毒管理工作纳入法制化管理的轨道,保障幼儿的健康。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the status quo of disinfection work in kindergartens and nurses in Chaoyang District, and to provide basis for guiding and managing the disinfection work of nurseries and nurses, controlling the occurrence and spread of infectious diseases, and formulating corresponding work plans. Methods: Descriptive analysis was used to analyze the investigation data of disinfection and isolation in nurseries of Chaoyang District.
