煤矿综合机械化开采中的煤岩界面识别问题属世界性难题.利用煤与岩的声阻抗差异以及相控阵技术,提出了基于超声相控阵的煤岩界面识别方法.在分析煤样与岩石的声速和超声波衰减系数等参数的基础上,基于非均质散射场理论,建立超声相控阵煤岩识别模型.开展了多种频率的超声相控阵对不同类型煤岩模型的扫描检测数值模拟研究,获得了煤岩界面的回波信号和超声相控阵成像图像,实现了煤岩界面的识别.结果表明:基于非均质散射场声场理论的超声波相控阵煤岩模型构建与仿真方法的正确性;超声相控阵方法可应用于煤岩界面的识别研究.
