在社会经济迅猛发展、市场竞争日趋激烈的现状下,企业为了提高自身的市场竞争力,占据经济市场的主导地位,逐渐意识到员工队伍心理健康对企业发展的重要意义。健康的心理决定了企业员工有足够的心理承受能力来面对工作压力和市场竞争。随着现代心理资本理念的提出,企业更加注重对员工队伍心理健康的探究和心理教育。在心理资本视角下,提高员工队伍心理健康成为企业发展的一项重要内容。
Under the condition of rapid socio-economic development and increasingly fierce market competition, in order to improve their market competitiveness, the enterprises occupy the leading position in the economic market and are gradually realizing the importance of the mental health of the staff to the development of the enterprise. Healthy psychology determines the employees have sufficient psychological capacity to face the pressure of work and market competition.
