目的:建立了用高效液相色谱法测定益寿地仙颗粒中麦角甾苷含量的方法。方法:实验采用C18柱,流动相:甲醇(A),乙腈(B),0.3%冰醋酸(C),梯度洗脱,在329nm检测波长处检测。结果:麦角甾苷的进样量为0.305~1.525μg时,进样量与色谱峰面积有良好的线性关系(r=0.9979);测得麦角甾苷平均回收率为113.03%,RSD为1.15%(n=5);方法的精密度好,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.27%(n=5)。结论:方法快速、简便、准确,所测结果稳定、重现性好,可作为益寿地仙颗粒质量控制的一个检测方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of acteoside in Yishoudixian granules by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: The experiment was carried out on a C18 column with a mobile phase of methanol (A), acetonitrile (B) and 0.3% glacial acetic acid (C), gradient elution at a detection wavelength of 329 nm. Results: There was a good linear relationship between injection volume and chromatographic peak area (r = 0.9979) when the injection amount of acteoside was 0.305-1.525μg. The average recoveries of acteoside were 113.03% and RSD was 1.15% (n = 5). The precision of the method was good with relative standard deviation (RSD) of 1.27% (n = 5). Conclusion: The method is rapid, simple and accurate, and the results are stable and reproducible. It can be used as a method for quality control of Yishoudixian granules.
