很多教师对作业的认识只停留在学生巩固训练这一层面,其用途就是新课结束后,学生开始做作业,完成后教师检查。其实作业对老师特别是初从事教学的老师的指导作用更大,从对教学目标的明确到教学重点难点的确定再到教学设计及课堂教学效率的提高都很有帮助。如果初从事教学的新手在备课之前认真钻研一下作业,肯定会有意想不到的收获。
