近年来,国外在广泛地议论“新的产业革命”或“第三次浪潮”问题。议论的中心是由于半导体微电子学(即大规模集成电路)和电脑的广泛使用,使人类社会开始进入一个发展极其迅速的、全新的、影响极其深远的生产力革命的新时代。半导体微电子学的作用足如此重要,从事集成电路和半导体工作的科学家和工程师们都非常关心,为祖国跟上世界经济发展步伐的强烈责任感激励着他们勤奋地工作。为此,本刊特邀请我国部分半导体学者专家就“怎样加快发展中国的集成电路和半导体?”发表意见,专家们提出的宝贵意见和建议很值得领导和从事这一领域工作的同志们一读。我们欢迎有关学者和专家就这一问题继续发表看法。
In recent years, the issue of “new industrial revolution” or “the third wave” has been widely discussed abroad. The central point of discussion is that the widespread use of semiconductor microelectronics (ie, large scale integrated circuits) and computers has brought human society into a new era of extremely rapid, new and far-reaching productivity revolutions. The role of semiconductor microelectronics is so important that scientists and engineers working in integrated circuits and semiconductors are very concerned about their strong sense of responsibility to keep pace with the pace of economic development in the motherland and encourage them to work diligently. To this end, our magazine invited some of our semiconductor experts to express “opinions on how to speed up the development of China’s integrated circuits and semiconductors.” . We welcome relevant scholars and experts to continue to express their views on this issue.
