较为完善的绩效考核模式以及合理的分配制度能够激发和调动不同层次的工作人员的积极性、主动性和创造性,发挥人才优势。如何改革和完善医院的绩效考核体制和分配制度一直是现代医疗机构管理中的主要问题,本文主要结合现代医院发展的特点,探索了医院绩效考核与分配制度改革的初步实践。
A relatively complete performance appraisal model and a reasonable distribution system can motivate and mobilize the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of staff at different levels and give play to their talent advantages. How to reform and improve the hospital performance appraisal system and distribution system has always been the main problem in the management of modern medical institutions. This paper mainly explores the initial practice of the reform of the hospital performance appraisal and distribution system based on the characteristics of modern hospital development.
