病例一,男,36岁,因左上后牙疼痛l周、夜间痛2日来我院就诊。检查见:左上第二前磨牙面深龋,探(±),叩(±),松动(-),热诊(+);X线片示深龋已穿髓,根尖无明显暗影。治疗:在局麻下开髓,充分暴露髓腔,可见有三个根管口(颊侧两根管口 Case 1, male, 36 years old, because of pain in the left upper back teeth l week, night pain 2 days to our hospital.
