在介绍了国内外冻土区天然气水合物勘探开发现状的基础上,针对我国青南冻土区水合物的勘探要求,设计了水合物勘探孔TK-2孔的钻孔结构,合理配置了钻探设备,采用了大直径绳索取心钻进工艺+泥浆制冷技术。同时,分析了冻土覆盖层融化扩孔和钻杆内壁结泥皮现象,并采取了相应的解决措施。野外试验结果表明,钻进台月效率达到702.07 m,全孔平均岩心采取率为93.5%,且在孔深229~234 m处岩心有冒泡助燃现象,验证了TK-2孔配套的钻进工艺是切实可行的。
Based on the introduction of the current situation of natural gas hydrate exploration and development in permafrost region at home and abroad, the drilling structure of TK-2 hydrate exploration hole was designed according to the exploration requirements of hydrate in the Qingnan permafrost region in our country. The drilling equipment , Using a large diameter cord coring drilling technology + mud cooling technology. At the same time, the phenomena of thawing and reaming of the permafrost cover and the mud skin on the inner wall of the drill pipe were analyzed, and corresponding measures were taken. Field test results show that the drilling efficiency reaches 702.07 m, the average hole take-up rate of the whole hole is 93.5%, and the core has a bubbling and combustion supporting phenomenon at the hole depth of 229-234 m. Process is feasible.
