为揭示人工林种植对土壤动物组成与群落结构的影响,采用手捡法和干湿漏斗法,对四川盆周西缘山地3种典型人工林土壤动物群落进行调查.结果显示,从3种人工林共获土壤动物1 869只,分属6门11纲23目,平均密度为2.09×104ind.m-2,其中,各人工林土壤动物密度排序为柳杉林(CF)>水杉林(MG)>楠木林(PZ),两两间均达显著水平(P<0.05).对不同类型土壤动物进行比较,结果显示,各人工林大型土壤动物密度存在显著差异,其类群数排序为CF>MG>PZ,中小型土壤动物密度以柳杉林显著高于水杉林和楠木林(P<0.05),但水杉林和楠木林无显著差异.对同功能种团的研究显示,枯食性、捕食性和植食性土壤动物密度以楠木林显著高于柳杉林和水杉林(P<0.05);杂食性土壤动物密度以柳杉林显著高于楠木林和水杉林(P<0.05);腐食性土壤动物密度以水杉林显著高于其他两类人工林(P<0.05).3种人工林土壤动物群落的密度-类群指数(DG)以柳杉人工林显著高于其他两类人工林(P<0.05),均匀度指数(J)以楠木林显著高于柳杉和水杉林(P<0.05),3类人工林的Shannon指数(H’)和优势度指数(C)均存在显著差异.
In order to reveal the impact of artificial plantations on the composition and community structure of soil animals, soil animal communities in three representative plantations in the western edge of the basin were surveyed by hand picking method and dry-wet funnel method. The results showed that, There were 1 869 soil animal species, belonging to 6 orders, 11 classes and 23 orders, with an average density of 2.09 × 104ind.m -2.
