长期以来,高管团队的决策绩效一直是学者关注的课题。关于团队断层这一重要团队组成特征与高管团队决策绩效之间关系的研究还较为匮乏。通过构建一个高管团队断层与决策绩效之间关系的理论模型,并在理论分析的基础上提出一系列相关研究命题,分析认为,高管团队断层分别通过影响团队信息深化和团队效能感对决策绩效产生负向影响;CEO中庸思维在高管团队断层与团队信息深化以及高管团队断层与团队效能感之间的关系间起着调节作用。从断层视角探究高管团队决策绩效的影响因素,从团队过程和团队状态两个方面分析了高管团队断层影响决策绩效的中介机制,同时强调了CEO作为高管团队领导在决策过程中发挥的重要作用,是对相关文献的充实,对今后的研究有一定的参考价值。
For a long time, the senior management team’s decision-making performance has always been a topic of concern to scholars. The research about the relationship between the important team composition of team fault and the executive team’s decision performance is still scarce. Through constructing a theoretical model of the relationship between fault and decision-making performance of senior management team and putting forward a series of related research propositions on the basis of theoretical analysis, the author believes that the senior management team fault mainly influences team decision- Negative impact on performance; CEO moderate thinking plays a mediating role in the relationship between senior management team fault and team information deepening and senior management team fault and team sense of efficacy. From the perspective of fault, this paper explores the influencing factors of senior management team’s decision-making performance, analyzes the senior management team’s mechanism of fault affecting the decision-making performance from the aspects of team process and team status, at the same time emphasizes the CEO’s role as leader of executive team in the decision-making process Important role is to enrich the relevant literature, the future research has some reference value.
