本文介绍了采用非氰化浸出-特种树脂吸附湿法新工艺从硫酸浇渣中回收金的工业实践结果。采用简单设备,在矿浆浓度60%、温度60℃、(H2SO4)为1mol/L、(NaCl)为25g/L、(NaClO3)为5g/L、Eh保持在600~700mV条件下进行搅拌浸出、用R410特种树脂进行吸附.饱和树脂用H2SO4溶液(0.1mol/L)洗涤、酸性硫脲溶液解吸,电解沉积Au,所得Au粉纯度>99%,Au的总回收率达94%。该工艺流程短、金回收率高、无污染,经济效益和社会效益显著,具广泛推广应用价值。
This paper describes the industrial practice of non-cyanide leaching - special resin adsorption wet-process recovery of gold from the slag slag. Using simple equipment, the concentration of ore was 60%, temperature was 60 ℃, H2SO4 was 1mol / L, NaCl was 25g / L, NaClO3 was 5g / L, Eh was kept at 600 ~ 700mV, Adsorption with R410 specialty resin. The saturated resin was washed with H2SO4 solution (0.1mol / L). The acid thiourea solution was desorbed and Au was electrolytically deposited. The purity of Au powder was over 99% and the total recovery of Au was 94%.
