目的:观察硫酰氟对有害生物的杀灭效果。方法:分采用直接吸入染毒法,观察把动物中毒时间及死亡情况,并经过模拟现场实验和集装箱现场验证。结果:硫酰氟施药剂量为15g/m3时对实验室内害虫的KT50均在30分钟内,3g/m3的KT50均在250分钟内。模拟现场和集装箱现场实验中,每种试靶动物的在预定的施药剂量和熏蒸作用时间击杀率均达100%,与实验室结果相符。且实验室及现场内的24小时死亡率均达100%。结论:阐明硫酰氟杀灭靶标昆虫在不同剂量及作用时间的关系,为今后集装箱熏蒸工作中设定正确的投药量与时间提供了科学依据。
Objective: To observe the killing effect of sulfuryl fluoride on pests. Methods: Divided by direct inhalation exposure method, the animal poisoning time and death were observed and verified by field experiments and container. Results: The KT50 of laboratory pests was within 30 minutes when the dosage of sulfuryl fluoride was 15g / m3, and the KT50 of 3g / m3 was within 250 minutes. In the simulated field and container field experiments, the killing rate of each target animal at the predetermined application dose and fumigation time reached 100%, which was in good agreement with the laboratory results. And laboratory and on-site 24-hour mortality rate reached 100%. CONCLUSION: The elucidation of the relationship between the concentration of sulfuryl fluoride and target insects at different dosage and duration of action provides a scientific basis for setting the correct dosage and time in container fumigation in the future.
