目的:对女性健康体检中宫颈炎患病情况调查结果进行分析探讨,为今后的疾病防治工作提供可靠的理论依据。方法:选取2011年6月-2014年6月武汉科技大学医院接收的健康体检的企业已婚女性1738例作为研究对象,将其按照年龄分成23~45岁(1293例)、46~65岁组(445例),对宫颈炎患病情况进行统计分析。结果:受试者中检出宫颈炎者939例,检出率为54.03%,其中以23~45岁组检出率高于46~65岁组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:育龄女性宫颈炎的发病率较高,积极开展宫颈炎防治健康教育宣传工作,提高育龄女性对宫颈炎的知晓率,减少发病率。
Objective: To investigate and analyze the prevalence of cervicitis in the female physical examination and to provide a reliable theoretical basis for future disease prevention and treatment. Methods: A total of 1738 married women who received medical examination from Wuhan University of Science and Technology Hospital from June 2011 to June 2014 were selected as study subjects and divided into 23 ~ 45 years old (1293 cases), 46 ~ 65 years old group (445 cases), the incidence of cervicitis statistical analysis. Results: 939 cases of cervicitis were detected in the subjects, the detection rate was 54.03%. The detection rate in 23-45 years old group was higher than that in 46-65 years old group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions: The incidence of cervicitis is higher in women of childbearing age. It is actively carrying out health education and propaganda of cervicitis and raising the awareness of women of childbearing age on cervicitis and reducing the incidence.
