沥青混凝土路面的非均匀性是其发生早期破坏的重要原因之一,在非均匀性区域极易导致路面上产生局部破损,严重影响了沥青混凝土路面的使用寿命。根据非均匀性的产生根源和特点,将沥青混凝土路面的非均匀性分为集料离析非均匀性和压实非均匀性,采用无核密度仪(PQI)快速无损地定量检测沥青混凝土路面的密度变化情况,对施工质量进行动态控制和评估,分析了沥青混凝土路面在横向和纵向的非均匀性及其原因。同时,研究了温度对沥青混凝土路面均匀性的影响,结果表明温度只要在压实温度以上,对非均匀性的影响并不明显。
Asphalt concrete pavement inhomogeneity is one of the important causes of its early damage. It is easy to cause local damage on the pavement in the non-uniform area, which seriously affects the service life of the asphalt pavement. According to the origin and characteristics of heterogeneity, the nonuniformity of asphalt pavement is divided into segregation heterogeneity and compaction nonuniformity. Quantitative detection of asphalt pavement by PQI is rapid and nondestructive Density changes, the construction quality of the dynamic control and assessment of asphalt pavement in the horizontal and vertical non-uniformity and its causes. At the same time, the influence of temperature on the uniformity of asphalt concrete pavement was studied. The results show that the influence of temperature on the non-uniformity is not obvious when the temperature is above the compaction temperature.
