近年来,我国平菇室外栽培面积不断扩大,但由于室外栽培受自然气候影响较大,没有明显的菇潮,且生产周期一般长达120天左右。然而,自然的适温期只有75~100天。因此,室外栽培务必增加较多的防护设施投资。有的甚至一个生产周期要跨季节(春季栽培要经越夏到秋季继续出菇)或跨年度(秋季栽培要经越冬到翌年春季继续出菇),影响了经济效益的提高。为了解决这一问题,我们进行了平菇室外短周期高产栽培的探索。
In recent years, the area of outdoor cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus continues to expand in our country. However, outdoor cultivation is greatly affected by the natural climate without obvious mushroom tide, and the production period is generally up to 120 days. However, the natural temperature period of only 75 to 100 days. Therefore, outdoor cultivation must increase investment in more protective facilities. Some even a production cycle to cross the seasons (spring cultivation through the summer to autumn continue fruiting) or cross-year (autumn cultivation through the winter to fruiting next spring), affecting the economic benefits. In order to solve this problem, we carried out the exploration of short-period and high-yield outdoor cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus.
