小班化教学是突破传统教学模式,实现优质教育的渠道之一。2010年9月,我校被确定为南京市小班化实验学校。全校教师在营造小班教育环境的同时,更加关注课堂教学的研究,努力在自己的小班教学中创出特色,为学生提供更好的教育。我校初一数学备课组利用小班化教学的契机,在教学中对学生进行分层要求,引入激励机制,促进学生主动学习,自我评价,让所有的学生都得到不同的发展,在学年末区统
Small class teaching is one of the ways to break through the traditional teaching mode and achieve quality education. September 2010, our school was identified as Nanjing small class experimental school.
