烟酰苯胺的盐酸盐和硫酸盐溶液对钉螺在25℃作用24h的LC_(50)和LC_(90)分别约为0.3mg/L和0.5mg/L。在实验室和现场,以1—2mg/L浓度浸泡钉螺3d,可杀死90%以上钉螺;1—2g/m~2剂量喷洒,在20℃以上,钉螺接触1—3d的死亡率为18.4—100%。该药对早期(细胞期)钉螺卵有高效,对中期卵和后期卵无明显效果。对鳙鱼和麦穗鱼的LC_(50)为200mg/L。白鲫和草鱼在10mg/L浓度中1个月无死亡。小鼠口服急性LD_(50)约为2g/kg。以1—2g/m~2喷洒对植物无明显影响,≥5g/m~2时部分叶子枯萎,双子叶植物的反应尤为明显。在群众性灭螺中,接触烟酰苯胺可湿粉频繁者曾发生皮炎。
The LC 50 and LC 90 of the nicotinamide hydrochloride and sulfate solution on snails at 25 ℃ for 24 h were about 0.3 mg / L and 0.5 mg / L, respectively.
