目的 探讨老年Ⅱ型糖尿病(NIDDM)患者氧自由基和一氧化氮(NO)改变与高粘滞血症、高脂血症情况。 方法对老年Ⅱ型糖尿病患者于入院后次日测血超氧化物歧化酶( SOD)、 NO、血胆固醇( TC)、甘油三酯( TG)、脂蛋白、全血粘度、全血还原粘度、红细胞压积、红细胞变形指数等。对上述参数作直线相关检测,并与正常对照组比较。结果 糖尿病患者血清NO明显低于正常对照组,SOD低于≤59岁正常对照组;血脂、血流变部分参数均高于正常对照组。 SOD、 NO与血脂、血流变部分参数呈明显负相关。结论 老年Ⅱ型糖尿病中高脂血症、高粘滞血症与氧自由基积聚及NO减低有关。
Objective To investigate the changes of oxygen free radicals and nitric oxide (NO), hyperviscositymia and hyperlipidemia in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (NIDDM). Methods The serum levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD), NO, blood cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), lipoprotein, whole blood viscosity, whole blood reduced viscosity, Hematocrit, red blood cell deformity index and so on. The above parameters for linear correlation test, and compared with the normal control group. Results Serum NO in diabetic patients was significantly lower than that in normal control group, and SOD was lower than that in normal control group ≤59 years. Some parameters of blood lipid and blood rheology were higher than those in normal control group. SOD, NO and blood lipid, blood rheology parameters were negatively correlated. Conclusion Elderly type II diabetes hyperlipidemia, hyperviscosity and oxygen free radicals accumulation and NO decreased.
