高性能混凝土的渗透性

以矿渣或粉煤灰代替30%的水泥.在水胶比为0.30、0.33、0.36及0.39的情况下,分别试验了用水量及胶凝材料用量变化下混凝土的强度和渗透性。试验结果表明,与纯水泥混凝土比较,掺矿渣或粉煤灰的混凝土渗透性都明显降低,矿渣混凝土30d龄期时最大可降低至67.0%、70天时可降低至58.6%,粉煤灰混凝土30d龄期时最大可降低至50.7%、70d时可降低至22.3%;为了获得较低的渗透性而采取较低的水胶比时.纯水泥混凝土应用降低用水量的办法有利,粉煤灰混凝土用提高总胶凝材料用量的办法更好,而矿渣混凝土应用降低用水量与提高总胶凝材料用量办法的效果差别不大。 Replace 30% of cement with slag or fly ash. The strength and permeability of the concrete were tested under the conditions of water-to-gum ratios of 0.30, 0.33, 0.36, and 0.39, respectively, with varying amounts of water and cementitious material. The test results show that compared with pure cement concrete, the permeability of concrete mixed with slag or fly ash is significantly reduced, and the slag concrete can be reduced to 67.0% at the 30-day age, and can be reduced to 58.6% at 70 days. The fly ash concrete can be reduced to 50.7% at the 30-day age, and can be reduced to 22.3% at the 70-day age; when a lower water-to-rubber ratio is used to obtain lower permeability. The method of reducing the amount of water used for pure cement concrete is favorable, and the method of improving the amount of total cementitious material is better for fly ash concrete, and the effect of reducing the amount of water used for slag concrete is not significantly different from the method of increasing the amount of total cementitious material.
