以青岛某水产品加工厂剩余污泥为研究对象,研究了4组厌氧反应器的溶解性COD(s COD)、氨氮和p H变化情况及产甲烷量。结果表明,反应器曝气(CO_2∶N_2=1∶3混合气体)时甲烷日产量在第12天达到峰值62 mL,甲烷总产量为934 mL,比对照组提高了160%。投加碳酸氢钠时甲烷总产量为609 mL,比对照组提高了70%。厌氧消化反应结束后,4组反应器总氮(TN)含量分别占反应前总氮含量的96.29%、94.52%、85.09%和67.30%。4组厌氧消化过程氨氮浓度在102.8~209.5 mg/L之间,厌氧消化没有发生酸抑制现象。
Taking the surplus sludge from a certain aquatic product processing plant in Qingdao as the research object, the changes of dissolved COD (s COD), ammonia nitrogen and pH, and the amount of methanogens produced by four anaerobic reactors were studied. The results showed that when reactor aeration (CO_2: N_2 = 1: 3 mixed gas), the daily methane output reached 62 mL on the 12th day and the total methane output was 934 mL, which was 160% higher than that of the control group. The total methane production was 609 mL when sodium bicarbonate was added, an increase of 70% over the control. After anaerobic digestion, the total nitrogen (TN) content of the four reactors accounted for 96.29%, 94.52%, 85.09% and 67.30% of the total nitrogen before the reaction. The concentration of ammonia nitrogen in the anaerobic digestion of the four groups was between 102.8 and 209.5 mg / L, no acid inhibition occurred in anaerobic digestion.
