目的:探讨F20单通道经皮肾镜取石术(PCNL)钬激光联合气压弹道碎石治疗肾铸型结石的安全性和有效性。方法:我院2009年11月~2013年6月,行F20单通道PCNL钬激光联合气压弹道碎石治疗肾铸型结石92例。结果:手术均取得成功。平均手术时间77min。一次手术取净结石85例(92.4%),术后辅以体外冲击波碎石术(ESWL)治疗2例。无一例出现大出血、全身性感染的发生及中转开放手术。结论:F20单通道PCNL联合钬激光和气压弹道碎石治疗铸型肾结石具有清石效率高、手术时间短、创伤小、并发症低、术后恢复快等优点。
Objective: To investigate the safety and efficacy of F20 single channel percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) holmium laser combined with pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of renal calculi. Methods: From November 2009 to June 2013, 92 patients with renal cast stone were treated with F20 single channel PCNL holmium laser and pneumatic lithotripsy. Results: Surgery was successful. The average operation time 77min. One operation took net stones in 85 cases (92.4%), followed by extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) in 2 cases. No case of major bleeding, the occurrence of systemic infection and transit open surgery. Conclusion: F20 single channel PCNL combined with holmium laser and pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of cast renal calculi has the advantages of high efficiency of clear stone, short operation time, small trauma, low complication and quick postoperative recovery.
