邮政企业加快战略转型步伐,积极融入市场竞争的观念已经深入人心。但同时,随着企业开发市场综合压力不断加大,受到内外部环境的挑战不断增强,部分企业往往没认真分析业务开发的效益状况,在不清楚业务发展前景的情况下,开发出许多不能体现邮政网络资源优势和核心竞争力的业务,最终因不能适应市场竞争而遭淘汰。笔者认为,要避免业务开发效益不高、资源浪费严重等现象,必须坚持以科学发展观为指导,依托邮政企业的核心资源优势,坚持有所为有所不为,重拳出击可为市场,实现业务开发效益的最大化。
