卡耐基说过:“一个人的成功,15%取决于他的专业知识,85%取决于他的口才和人际交往能力”。口语交际能力在每个人的人生中扮演着重要的角色,对于中职生而言在与面试者的交际中所表现出的灵敏、机智的听说能力、良好的礼仪社交能力、亲和的待人处事能力都无不显示着一个人的素养。很难想象一个说话词不达意、吞吞吐吐,缺乏必要的交际修养能为的人能被现代社会所接受,所以良好的口语交际能力是每一个中职生必备的一个能力。那么,如何高效的、科学有序地进行口语教学,提高中职学校学生的口语交际能力,成为我们职业学校语文教学所不得不面对和需要迫切解决的问题,也是本文的研究重点。本文结合任务型教学模式的特点,通过了解学生在口语交际中的困难及存在问题,根据任务型教学的理论和特点,在任务中帮助学生实现口语交际能力的提高,更大效果的调动学生的积极性。结合中职校学生口语交际的现状,联系教学实践,采用“任务引领—细化操作—多元评价”的方式展开口语交际的课堂教学基本模式。

Therefore, good oral communication skills are necessary for every secondary vocational school. So how to conduct spoken teaching effectively and scientifically and orderly to improve the oral communicative competence of students in secondary vocational schools has become a problem that our vocational schools have to face and need to be urgently solved. This is also the focus of this article. Based on the characteristics of the task-based teaching model, through understanding the difficulties and problems of students in oral communication, according to the theory and characteristics of task-based teaching, the task of helping students to improve their oral communicative competence and greater effect in mobilizing students Positivity. Combined with the status quo of students’ oral communication in secondary vocational schools, the author puts forward the basic mode of classroom teaching of oral communication by means of “task leading - thinning operation - multiple evaluation” in connection with teaching practice.
