大学英语教学中情感的投入使英语教师从事着大量的情绪劳动。采用实证研究方法对210名独立学院大学英语教师进行问卷调查,发现英语教师对教学中的情绪劳动知觉的水平较高,且更擅长于使用深层行为策略;部分情绪劳动策略在性别、年龄和周课时量上存在显著差异;不同的情绪劳动策略对学生英语成绩具有不同影响。
The emotional investment in college English teaching enables English teachers to engage in a lot of emotional work. Empirical studies conducted a survey of 210 college English teachers in independent colleges and found that English teachers had a higher level of perception of emotional labor in teaching and were more adept at using deep behavioral strategies.
