糖浆剂由于染菌而发生霉败影响药品的质量,这是当前存在的主要问题。在生产实践中,为了更好的执行药品卫生标准,我厂摸索了污染源的问题,从而提出了生产中应注意的几个方面如蔗糖中除去杂质,生产设备、工具的严格消毒,做到密闭操作和缩短生产周期等,这样,糖浆剂的细菌数是可达到每毫升不超过100个的新药典规定。 Syrups that have become moldy due to bacterial contamination affect the quality of the drug, which is currently a major problem.
