各位代表:山西省第一届人民代表大会第三次会议即将胜利地闭幕了。在会议期间,我们以整整六天的时间,认真地学习了第一届全国人民代表大会第二次会议通过的中华人只共和国发展国民经济的第一个五年计划及各项决议和报告,一致表示衷心拥护,并坚决为其实现而奋斗。会议又一致通过了根据国家第一个五年计划所规定的对于我省发展国民经济的各项指标及我省的具体情况编制的山西省发展国民经济的第一个五年计划;并决定了全省人民在最近时期「为增加生产、厉行节约,做好粮食工作并战胜部分地区的严重灾荒而斗争」的迫切任务。这些,便是我们半个月来所做了的对我省建设事业上具有历史意义的工作。 Distinguished delegates: The 3rd Session of the First People’s Congress of Shanxi Province will soon be concluded successfully.
