李金水库位于绥中县大王庙镇境内小黄村王宝河支流上,是以调洪、灌溉为主,供水、养鱼为辅的小(一)型水库。目前,李金水库主要建筑物大坝、溢洪道、灌溉输水隧洞等工程均存在着程度不一、或大或小危及工程安全的问题,致使水库工程一直在带病运行。对李金水库工程进行除险加固建设迫在眉睫。文章就此分析了水库的洪水的的洪峰流量计洪水调节计算结果,为除险加固工程建设提供了详实的理论依据。
Lijin Reservoir is located on the tributary of Wangbao River in Xiaohuang Village within the Dawangmiao Town in Suizhong County. It is a small reservoir of type (1) supplemented by flood control and irrigation, water supply and fish farming. At present, the major structures in the Lijin Reservoir such as dams, spillways and irrigation and water conveyance tunnels have problems of varying degrees or greater or lesser endangerment of engineering safety, resulting in reservior work being carried on for a long time. It is imminent to reinforce Lijin reservoir project for danger elimination and reinforcement. In this paper, the calculation results of the peak flowmeter flood regulation of reservoir flood are analyzed, which provides a detailed theoretical basis for the construction of danger elimination and reinforcement project.
