许多生物材料的低温保存,要求在0℃至-40℃的这段危险区内保持匀速降温,而且希望能缩短相变阶段的时间。本文分析了用程序控制降温仪或用“两步法”这二种冷却技术所存在的问题,提出了一种全新的冷却技术,这就是用浸有盐水或酒精等溶液的纱布包裹在盛生物材料的塑料袋外,然后直接放入-60℃低温箱中,经过一段时间后再放到液氮中。这种新技术不仅能使生物材料均匀降温,而且可以明显地缩短相变阶段的时间,达到了很好的低温保存效果。本文还运用传热学理论建立了该技术的物理——数学模型,并给出了对实用有指导意义的分析。
