运用SPSSl7.0统计软件对广州市天河区4所幼儿园的165名家长问卷调查数据进行描述性统计及推断性统计,发现家长对幼儿园教师总体比较满意。公办园家长的满意度高于民办园。家长在为孩子选择幼儿园时,考虑的首要因素是教师素质,其次是教学质量,再次是教学环境(园舍设施),然后是离家远近,最后是收费标准。家长对教师不满的原因依次是沟通太少、教师本身素质有缺陷和幼儿园条件有限。提高家长满意度要促进双方交流、注重提高教师素质并逐步改善幼儿园条件。 SPSS17.0 statistical software was used to make descriptive statistics and inferential statistics on 165 parents survey data of 4 kindergartens in Tianhe District, Guangzhou. The results showed that parents were generally satisfied with the teachers in kindergartens. The satisfaction of parents in public park is higher than that of private park. The primary factor parents consider when choosing a kindergarten for their children is the quality of teachers, followed by quality of teaching, again the teaching environment (park facilities), then away from home, and finally the fees. Parents dissatisfied with the teachers for the reasons followed by communication is too little, teachers have their own quality defects and kindergarten conditions are limited. Improve parental satisfaction to promote mutual exchanges, focus on improving the quality of teachers and gradually improve the conditions of kindergartens.
