国际贸易术语作为国际经济法学的一个重要内容,由于涉及到国际贸易的内容,而且比较抽象难懂,如何采取有效的教学方法,从而提高教学质量和效果,是一个值得深入探讨的问题。通过明确国际贸易术语的地位和性质,让学生明白其重要性和适用上的特点、重点讲述贸易术语中买卖双方的权利义务关系,并以此为主线去串联起有关内容、采用案例教学法尤其是多媒体教学模式来加深对贸易术语的认识,是可以尝试的几个有效途径。
As an important part of international economic law, international trade terminology is an issue that deserves further study because it involves the content of international trade and is more abstract and difficult to understand. How to adopt effective teaching methods to improve teaching quality and effectiveness? By clarifying the status and nature of international trade terms, students should be able to understand the importance and applicable features of the terms. Emphasis should be laid on the rights and obligations of buyers and sellers in terms of trade. Is a multimedia teaching model to deepen the understanding of trade terms is to try several effective ways.
