笔者曾对近似线性曲柄滑块机构的参数变化规律进行了分析,借助于电子计算机,找出机构的近似线性工作区域与机构参数图表。利用该图表进行近似线性曲柄滑块机构设计时,根据仪表设计的初始条件,能够容易地找出满足仪表精度要求的机构参数,并可以保证所设计机构的非线性误差为最小。
The author has carried on the analysis to the parameter change rule of the approximate linear crank slider mechanism, by means of the electronic computer, finds the approximate linear work area and the mechanism parameter chart of the mechanism. When using this graph to design the approximate linear crank slider mechanism, according to the initial conditions of the instrument design, it is easy to find out the mechanism parameters to meet the requirements of the instrument accuracy, and to ensure that the nonlinear error of the designed mechanism is the minimum.
