本工作在大鼠体内实验发现应用脂质体作为药物载体显著增强和延长脑钠素(BNP)的降压效应。体内代谢实验发现,应用脂质体作载体可以有效地延缓~(135)I-BNP在体内的降解。实验结果提示,应用脂质体保护BNP是提高BNP生物效应的有效措施之一。
In this study, we found that the use of liposomes as a drug carrier significantly enhances and prolongs the hypotensive effect of BNP in rats. In vivo metabolism experiments found that the use of liposomes as a carrier can effectively delay the degradation of ~ (135) I-BNP in vivo. The experimental results suggest that the application of liposomes to protect BNP is one of the effective measures to improve the biological effects of BNP.
