目的 :探讨直肠癌双吻合术后吻合口瘘原因、预防及治疗。方法 :总结低位直肠癌应用双吻合器技术行保肛术 13 7例。结果 :术后出现吻合口瘘 7例 ,发生率 5 11%。结论 :积极而有效的预防可减少吻合口瘘的发生。
Objective: To investigate the causes, prevention and treatment of anastomotic fistula after double anastomosis of rectal cancer. Methods: A total of 137 cases of anal sphincter preservation were treated with double stapling technique in low rectal cancer. Results: There were 7 cases of anastomotic fistula occurred after operation, the incidence was 5 11%. Conclusion: Active and effective prevention can reduce the incidence of anastomotic fistula.
