目的:研究鸢尾科植物六棱鸢尾(Iris hexagona Walter)地下部分的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶柱色谱和凝胶柱色谱进行分离,根据理化鉴别方法及光谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果:从六棱鸢尾70%的乙醇提取物中分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为5,72,’-三羟基-6-甲氧基异黄酮(irilin B,1)、鸢尾苷(tectoridin2,)、反式阿魏酸(trans-ferulic acid3,)、丁香酸(syringic acid4,)、香草酸(vanillic acid,5)、β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,6)和β-胡萝卜苷(β-daucosterol7,)。结论:7个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of the underground part of the Iris hexagona Walter. Methods: The compounds were isolated by silica gel column chromatography and gel column chromatography. The structures of the obtained compounds were identified by physical and chemical identification methods and spectral data. Results: Seven compounds were isolated from 70% ethanolic extract of Iris angustifolia and identified as 5,72, irilin B (1), tectoridin 2 , Trans-ferulic acid3, syringic acid4, vanillic acid 5, β-sitosterol 6 and β-daucosterol -aucosterol7,). Conclusion: Seven compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
